Client Portal Email Opt-Out allows you to be in compliance for consumers who no longer wish to receive emails from the client.
Client Portal Email Opt-Out
When an email is sent to a lead using the email functionality in the client portal, the email include an opt-out email link in the body of the email.
This email functionality is located in the client portal on the lead detail screen.
A confirmation message will display to the consumer stating they will no longer receive emails from the client portal if they choose to opt-out.
